Windows 10 Issue Connecting to Samsung Smart TV

Hello
I replaced an HP Pavilion 15-AB116NS for an HP 15-AC143NS on 19/08/2016 (last week) at Mediamarkt, Barcelona.
I have a Samsung UE48H6400 TV and Sony BDV-E2100 Home Cinema.
I have 30MB constant fibre internet provided by Orange (France Telecom).
All devices and Livebox router are in one room, without obstacles, within 2 metres of each other.
All devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi Homegroup and I have added devices to bluetooth devices on laptop.
The TV has been added as a media renderer and display but I am unable to pair it with the laptop.
Experience with HP Pavilion 15-AB116NS (THE LAPTOP I REPLACED LAST WEEK AND NO LONGER OWN):
⦁ Could connect to Samsung UE48H6400 TV as a display and extend/duplicate/project desktop to the Samsung UE48H6400 TV;
⦁ Could stream music to Sony BDV-E2100 Home Cinema without audio skipping;
⦁ Always kept me connected to my home Wi-Fi network, without interruptions.
.
E.xperience with HP 15-AC143NS (THE LAPTOP I CURRENTLY OWN):
⦁ CAN NOT connect to Samsung UE48H6400 TV as a display and CAN NOT extend/duplicate/project desktop to the Samsung UE48H6400 TV;
⦁ Stream music to Sony BDV-E2100 Home Cinema WITH audio skipping;
⦁ Always DISCONNECTS me  from my home Wi-Fi network, at least 2 interruptions per hour. HP Network Diagnostics result is that the Realtek adapter need to be reset. I have searched for driver updates&blogs but there is no clear solution which any of you manufacturers have published.
I have been in contact with HP, Samsung and Microsoft about these issues but each supplier says it is the other's fault!
Please show me that you care about client satisfaction and provide a solution.
Thanks

Hi Nyima

I removed the TV and added it again in control panel as media device and play device.

Still can not add it as a display device in Bluetooth devices.

The TV is added to Bluetooth devices in Settings but when I click "pair", no code appears on the TV screen.

The previous laptop (HP Pavilion 15-AB116NS) connected to my TV without having to pair.

Troubleshooting found no errors.

I checked for updates, restarted the laptop and tried the steps again. still not able to extend laptop screen to TV wirelessly.

I have tried to use the WiDi tool from Intel but it says that this processor is not compatible, which is absolutely ridiculous. HP said that they know nothing about the changes they made to the processor.

Below are some specs, if this helps.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz

Memory: 8GB

Graphic device 1: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Graphic device 2: AMD Radeon R5 M330

It just seems that the solution is for HP, Microsoft, Samsung & Intel to talk and release the actual solution/updates.

Please let me know if there is anything else I could try.

Thank you

Taz

Hello

I went to the Samsung support for my product and downloaded the update to a USB stick.

I installed it on my TV.

I opened "Screen Mirroring" source on TV.

I clicked on connect in the action centre of Windows 10 laptop and selected my TV.

My TV is now a wireless display for my laptop.

SOLVED:)

If you still fail to understand that I have solved my problem, without your help, then there is little hope for you.

This issue is 100% a Windows 10 issue.

On my laptop, I can mirror to my Smart TV (Samsung) ANY You Tube video!

However, beside YouTube, nothing else will work.

Microsoft could ask You Tube how they accomplish this task instead to tell people to update drivers?!?!?
