Windows 10 ISO file's location

Hi
I am using windows 10 on my hp laptop. My laptop is running very slow so I want to reset it.. But it failed while resetting! I want to  re-install windows 10 on my PC. So I have some questions....
Is there any ISO file of windows 10 located in my pc? If there is.. Where will I find it?
My internet is very slow that it can't manage to download this!

Answer
Reset uses a recovery image. Download the ISO, point the Reset recovery image and you are good to go:
