Hello Luciusm,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
If you have previously created installation media using the M2 SSD and tested that it can be used to install Windows on your laptop, then I think that installation media should be fine. However, in general, we do not recommend using SSD to perform the creation, because it is too large, USB installation media only needs 8GB USB flash drive, and if you use SSD to create, it may not be recognized by the BIOS or encounter other errors, this problem may be random.
So if you want some advice from the community, my suggestion is to find an 8GB USB flash drive and recreate the USB installation media:
Create installation media for Windows - Microsoft Support
However, you did not mention in the thread at what stage in the installation of the system all BSOD events occurred. Is it during the installation path selection phase? Or is the installation already started but experiencing problems when the installation progress reaches a specific percentage? Did you completely format your two mechanical hard drives before attempting to install the system?
If the problem is not from the installation media, then I suspect it is most likely related to the hard disk, since you have two mechanical hard disks, have you ever tried to install the system on another hard disk?
