Windows 10 Instagram

I can't login into my Instagram it keeps saying that URL request time out each time I tried to login is Microsoft going to fix this problem?
Hi Eric,

The "URL request time out" error message might be due to a variety of reasons, and one of which is due to network issue.

That being said, have you checked if you have a stable network connection while trying to access your app?

Just to confirm, did you download the app from the Store?

Are you getting the same error message when logging in from the website directly?

Can you also share with us since when did this happen? What were the recent changes made before you started receiving the said error message?

We'll be waiting for your response.

Regards.

Since 2 days, I am experiencing the same issue with my Windows 10 Instagram app: I am unable to log on to Instagram, and the error I get is "URL request timed out".

My Instagram is working fine both on my phone and in the web browser on my laptop. My Internet connection is stable and all other Internet-dependent apps are running normally, except Windows Maps which is not responding to queries (but does not require a log-in). I download and installed the Instagram app from the Windows Store, and reinstalled it when the above-mentioned issue occurred.

Thank you for your support.
