From your description, it seems that the system configuration file corresponding to your option is wrong. You could try the following steps first.
1. Create a new local administrator account to check whether the same problem still exists. This process can be used to eliminate the damage caused by the system configuration file.
2. Use the system repair command to try to repair.
Right-click the Windows key,and then left-click the Windows Terminal (admin) option. Press the Enter key after each command:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Reboot your pc and check.
3. Using images to repair your system will not affect your data and programs. This is a component repair process.
