I don't see about changing background in Control Panel of Windows 10. Where do I go to set how long each picture displays? I asked Cortana - she sent me online to pick out wallpaper photos.

Go to Settings, Personalization, highlight Background, and scroll down toward the bottom and click Browse.

my wall paper/background used to change every 12 hours on Win 7,
how to do that on Win 10. Can't seem to find a timer option both in background or display settings.
