Windows 10 freezes on lock-screen when using a mouse first

Hi

I have an ACER laptop, with Windows 10. When I open it after a long time without use (A few hours), a very peculiar situation occures:

If I first move my mouse, then the computer freezes, and I must force it to turn off - by pressing the power button for a few seconds.

But if I enter the password screen by pressing a key on the keyboard - then everything works without problems, even when I move my mouse afterwards.

What can I do?

Thank's!

Hi Aviad,

Please repair system files by
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.

Reinstall all drivers from Acer support site. If you have drivers from mouse manufaterer's site please try to uninstall them.
