Windows 10 explorer.exe Application Error 0x00F7B4F1

The last couple of days a recurring issue with explorer.exe errors.   Screenshot below.  I've looked around and haven't found anyone reporting the exact same error message - lots of similar ones, mostly from the earliest builds of Windows 10 - not too much lately.

"The instruction at 0x00F7B4F1 referenced memory at 0x0000001C. The memory could not be read."

My computer freezes up at this point and only a hard boot fixes it, until the error shows up again.  It does seem to consistently appear when I'm restarting or putting the computer into sleep mode.

Any ideas on how to fix?   I'm on the latest build of Windows 10 Home Edition - update as of today.    I'm not a very technical person, so simple straight forward advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for responding Andria - as I'd mentioned my system is completely up to date with all updates.

So I ran the SFC scan - no errors found - here is screenshot of result.  Any other suggestions?

Still awaiting some assistance - I did respond to Andria following her suggestion, but she hasn't replied nor has anyone else jumped in.
