Windows 10 error code 0xc0000428

Got Windows 10 error code 0xc0000428.

when I press F1 it will go back to the same screen

when I press esc nothing happens

you can only press F1 and F2 to go to another screen

press f9 f10 f11 doesn’t do anything, the f8 button also doesn’t work and the USB drive doesn’t help either

Can you recall what did you do before the problem appeared? Maybe you've installed some program or update?

Please use Windows installation media and try a recovery steps described at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402603...
Note, Step 7 may be faulty unfortunately.

If this will not help, use the same environment to run System Restore and roll back to the date before the problem appeared.
