Windows 10 doesn't recognize my drawing tablet (unresolved)

I've been trying to set my drawing tablet up with my computer but in the system's display, there aren't any screens that show up in the multiple displays area. From what I've seen there is supposed to be a display even when there is only 1 monitor (where there is a box with the number 1 in it), but that also doesn't seem to be there. I have tried multiple things, such as updating windows, updating the graphics card manually, restarting my computer, and even recently I factory reset my computer for other reasons, but none of them worked. My drawing tablet is the Huion KAMVAS Pro 16 if that is of any help. And whenever I plug the tablet in, it automatically goes to no connection.

Download the latest driver for your specific model - either the KAMVAS Pro 16 or the KAMVAS Pro 16 Premium.

I already have that portion set up. I'm able to draw with the tablet, but the tablet screen isn't turned on. Also when I try to configure the screen, the pen isn't able to move my mouse on the screen.

There is a hardware problem with the tablet which we can't fix. We don't even have the device to check. It's like asking the gas and battery company to fix the car's engine and transmission.
