Windows 10 Dialog box not displaying correctly

Hi, I believe I have a slight problem with Windows 10 dialog boxes not displaying correctly. The information if displayed is bunched up in a tiny section of the dialog box if at all, as it is displayed as in this picture below.

As you can see this isn't how its meant to look. Recently I tried to install some software from Adobe and the windows installer not only didn't display all the information, the formatting was also missing. Does anyone have some ideas on how to fix this issue?

Thanx.

Good Day Michael_AU,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, can you please check what version of Windows you are using.

-Press Windows key + R
-Type winver and hit enter
It will show you the version of Windows you are using and post it here.

If you are seeing 1909 or 2004 version , check for updates and install any updates available to keep your device up to date.

-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Check for Updates and download and install them

Once the updates are installed, restart your computer and check if you will experience the same.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

Sincerely,
Carlo T.

Thanks Carlo for your reply. I've checked latest version and Windows is all up to date (updates and drivers). Sadly this has not fixed the problem.

Thanx anyway

Thanx again Carlo for you reply to this problem. I have done the scans, repaired corrupted files, this didn't fix the problem. Ran the Media Creation Tool to fix and upgrade the pc and unfortunately the problem still persists.

Not sure where to go from here.

Cheers

Michael
