What is the exact issue that you are facing on the computer?
Do you receive any error when trying to install applications/drivers?
What is the complete error message that you receive?
What is the make and model of the computer?
Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
It would be great if you can share a screenshot, so that I can have a closer look at the issue. Please refer how to include a screenshot in your post to upload the screenshot.
Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.
