Windows 10 boot skin

Hi!  Is there any possible way I can change the first photo (what I call a boot skin) in Windows 10?  It is the photo that pops up even before the screen asking for your password.  I would like to delete that photo all together or bypass it completely and go directly to either the desktop or the login screen.  Please, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

  3. Select Set as Lock Screen

You can also adjust the lock screen settings by accessing the following address.

I know what this is actually in reference to.

There is an application called BootSkin, able to change the boot logo that appears during initial OS boot-up (while Windows is first loading its' system components) on versions up-to and including Windows Vista.

So far as I can tell, there is no equivalent for Windows 7 or newer, and it is somewhat moot anyway as most hardware that is considered required for effective use of these OS's is usually quick enough that the boot logo would not appear for more than a few seconds anyway.

Currently, there is no way to change the boot skin for Windows 10 that I am aware of.
