Windows 10 black screen after Microsoft updates

Is anyone else still experiencing issues with your Dell computer after Microsoft updates? Windows 10 won't boot. I have to unplug and restart several times in order to get my computer running so level 2 technical support can fix the problem remotely. All is well, until another update and we're back to square one. This all started after the big crash about a year and a half ago. Why doesn't Microsoft address this issue?

Yes! I haven't been able to shut down or restart my computer since mid-August because it won't boot correctly. I've tried every supposed fix I've found online and none of them work. It happened immediately after the Mid-august update. I also work from home, so I don't have time to mess with booting and rebooting a computer to try and get it into safe mode every morning (really? this couldn't be a simple f8 key or something?).

When will this be fixed Microsoft? Your updates caused it, so when do we get the update that will fix it?
