Windows 10 64-bit Cannot Detect PSP

I'm trying to connect my PSP to my Win10 64-bit but it can't be detected, and I cannot access the files.

When I try to connect to my older laptop, which is a Win7 32-bit, it works fine.

I guarantee the problem is not the PSP's USB port, the USB connector, or the Win10's USB ports.

I assume it has something to do with the drivers itself. I think I need the PSP USB Type A driver but I cannot find an installer.

I need help.

Does PSP appear somewhere in your Device Manager either with as PSP or USB Mass Controller something? Is there an Yellow triangle next to this?

Can you right click on this > Uninstall > Reboot the computer to automatically install the driver?

Hello!

Thanks for the immediate response.

I already tried to use multiple drivertoolkits, all drivers are updated and working fine.

I also have the latest windows 10 updates installed.

My win10 laptop still can't detect the PSP connection.
However, I can connect my PSP to my win7 32 bit without any issues.

Hello Xenon

Are you sure that the USB of your new laptop is physically in good condition?

Did you try another USB device connecting it to your Laptop to see if it worked?

Yes I'm sure it's not the USB connector or the USB ports' issue.

I can connect my phone to my laptop, my hdd sata, USB flash drives, and speakers as well.

I can provide photos of connecting my PSP 2000 to my older laptop, a win7 32-bit, that works fine if you want.

My last resort would be downgrading my OS but it's a hassle for me.
