When my dad turned on his PC, it suddenly bluescreened (Unfortunately, he forgot the bluescreen error code), and after that, it's just stuck on the bootscreen, but without the windows logo and just the spinner. Since I am his son, I tried fixing it. When I disabled Cursor Suppression via loading the registry hive in the Windows Recovery USB, I had noticed that the cursor did appear, and windows was booted successfully, but was just stuck on that one part.
I looked through countless forums in microsoft community, all of them were talking about logitech wireless receivers, but when I plugged the SSD into my PC which doesn't have any logitech wireless stuff, it still did the same. Then I saw a forum saying to remove all wireless receivers. Still did not work. Some people said to remove a second hard drive, but that also didn't work. Safe mode wasn't working aswell, and it would get stuck.
I tried booting it off from VMware Workstation, but it was the same exact problem. He doesn't have a restore point. I then tried sfc scannow commands targetting my dad's SSD, dism cleanup and restore health commands, even chkdsk, nothing seemed to fix this. Unfortunately he doesn't want to do a clean install.
