Well, after updated to 1809 when I right click in the Explorer to create a new folder or anything other Explorer freeze for a 20sec and then nothing happens. After a few moments when I try again the context menu opens the "NEW" items but with in a few seconds.
Then it goes back to original state and stopped working again. In the previos version didn't work

It has nothing to do with hardware or anything like that, Microsoft fixed this bug in the build 18234 of 19H1:
Unfortunately they have not fixed this bug in O18U yet.
