Hi LUCKY-SINGH,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

Are you able to access Windows 10 on that PC, if so, you can use the free utility ShowKeyPlus to find the product key and also the version (Home, Pro...etc) stored on the motherboard.

Hi LUCKY-SINGH,

If you run this command in Command Prompt, it will find the OEM licence key:

SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Then, if you enter that key into ShowKeyPlus, that will tell you what version of Windows that licence key is for.

Hi LUCKY-SINGH,

However that occurred, your OEM licence is Windows 10 Home Single Language and you seem to have Windows10 Pro installed, is your Windows 10 currently not activated, is that correct?

Hi LUCKY-SINGH,

What version of Windows 10 is currently installed and activated on your PC, is that the Home Single Language or the Pro version?

That ShowKeyPlus utility reads that OEM key form the chip on your motherboard, and it clearly shows that is for the Home Single Language version, there is no other way to check that OEM key version

Hi LUCKY-SINGH,

That is what the data you have provided indicates, that your original licence is Windows 10 Home Single Language.

If you did not purchase an upgrade to the Pro edition, then at some point that Pro licence will expire when Windows 10 updates sees the licence installed is not correct, and you will then see a notification that will indicate what your OEM licence is and if that is the Home Single Language, you will then need to install that version
