window 10 pro product key

Hello,

I am using window 10 pro on my laptop but last two days say change the product key ? how can i found  the product key of window 10 pro ?

how it is solved sustainable ?

Please provide a screenshot of the activation error you are seeing on Settings - Update and Security - Activation

Do you know the history of your PC or version of Windows?

Was your PC new or used when you purchased it or was Windows reinstalled by a PC Repair Shop?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog . . .

Thank you for that screenshot, that does indicate the licence on that laptop is indeed the volume licence version of Windows 10 Pro, that is not a consumer licence, you should bring that laptop back to the shop and have them resolve the licencing error, because that licence does not look correct . . .
