Sorry that you are having issues with your computers keyboard. By installing Home version isnt the best solution for HP to give you. It should work fine in the Windows 10 Pro version. It would be best to test with another Keyboard first. If the issue continues then you can remove the Keyboard driver and restart computer.
**** Reinstall keyboard driver ****
Right click Start
Select Device Manager
Expand Keyboards category
Right click the keyboard you want to repair
Select Uninstall
Click Start
Select Restart on the power button icon
Let the computer restart after which Windows will reinstall the keyboard driver
If issue still occurs, then best to factory reset the computer. Since Machine is only 6months old. HP should cover the keyboard under warranty and not having to buy a new windows 10 home software isnt the best solution.

Just always ensure any important files are backed up before a reset of computer as loss of files can occur depending on what option you choose.

Sorry the other screen shot doesn't show anything. But yes your right to choose the 64bit installation.
Best to following my instructions i sent for HP support that shows you how to install original windows 10 that came with machine.
Otherwise if issues still persist, as its under warranty with HP then its best to send back to HP underwarranty.
Thanks
