Win10 only boots in safe mode

When I try to boot Win10 I get the message "Windows.storage.search.dll" is not suitable or corrupt. In safe mode it is possible to boot.

How can I solve this problem without losing apps.

Hello, my name is Anis. I'll be glad to help you today.

Please run a Startup Repair from Windows Recovery environment and check.

Enter Windows RE:
When you restart your PC, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart. To be specific, at the Login page, press and hold the Shift key, and use your mouse pointer to click Power > Restart.

Once in Windows RE, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair > Restart

Allow the system to complete the process.

Let me know if it lets you enter the normal mode.

In that case, you may have to run Startup Repair by booting from the Windows installation media, then navigating to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
Please create a bootable media from the following page:

Hello, my name is Anis. I'll be glad to help you today.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to replace a particular .dll file.

Please try this.
Boot into Safe Mode and perform the following steps.

Run the System File Checker (SFC) and DISM:

Run SFC:
Press Win + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. This process may take some time to complete.

Run DISM:
After SFC completes, type the following command and press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Allow the process to complete.

Restart Your Computer.

I tried this earlier.

The sfc command holts after 52% complete with the message "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation".

The dism command stops after 24.8% with error 4448 and

The message "In the resorce tabel of the compressed file is damaged found by the WOF-driver
