Win 11 pointer moves on its own

Ref: Lenovo yoga 7 2-in-1 with Win 11..........I have 3 problems. I've called microsoft look at it but they didn't fix it. I think they said its a hardware problem. I called Lenovo 3 times still not fixed. They reset it back to factor and updated the wireless mouse and touchpad drivers...no help.

  1. Pointer disappears and moves usually to top right or left. Happens randomly and usually on chrome or edge. Sometimes excel.

  2. Periodically the touchpad stops working. Enable/disable is setting missing. Only way to fix is reboot.

  3. Wireless speakers and airpods - mainly after disconnecting either of them when I try to connect again it goes back and forth connecting disconnecting but no sound. Sometimes it shows driver error. Rarely it will ask for a pin. Only way to fix is reboot

Hello,Rosser65, Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your feedback,  Regarding the issues you mentioned (1 and 2), it seems they are likely the same problem, which is usually a touchpad issue. Since you have already tried updating drivers and other operations, the most likely cause is a hardware failure (there is a problem with the sensing area in the upper right corner).

Therefore, for such issues, you should contact your device manufacturer for repairs.

As for your question 3, it may be related to the service settings of your Bluetooth device. Please follow the steps below to see if it helps:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > View more devices > More devices and printer settings.

  2. Locate the device in question and open its Properties.

  3. Navigate to the Services tab.

  4. Disable "Hands-Free Telephony" and "Remotely Controllable Devices".

  5. Then reconnect the device to see if the problem is alleviated.

If my understanding is wrong, please point it out, so that I can assist you better.
