win 10 lock screen does not show any picture

I upgraded my win 10 recently to version 1607, and I got a problem with the lock screen. When I lock my screen, I can not see the picture but only a black screen with some buttons (see below)

But my sign in screen seems normal:

Has anybody meet this kind of problem? Or can anybody give me a suggestion how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!

I found out that if I follow the steps below, the black screen is fixed:

The problem has been solved by these steps:

  • Right click on My Computer on the Desktop and click on Properties.
  • In the left sidebar, click on the Advanced system settings link. It will open the System Properties box.
  • In the Advanced tab, click on Settings under the Performance heading.
  • Check the “Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing” checkbox and click on OK.
