Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard, a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to assist, It seems that there is an incompatibility with the Wi-Fi driver. Moreover, kindly follow the steps below for us to sort out the issue:

Roll back Wi-Fi driver.

-Press the Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapters
-Look for your Wi-Fi driver
-Right-click and click "Update Driver"
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"
-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"
-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver, then select it and hit next until it installs.
-Restart the PC and check.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website, and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard
