Try going to the manufacturer's website and looking for the
model of your system, download and install the latest network driver.
If you are using a 3rd party antivirus, temporarily uninstall it and see if the problem persists.
Also run these network commands;
Click on the start menu and type cmd
Right click and run as administrator
Copy, paste and enter each one, one at a time.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
