WIFI doesn’t have a valid IP address

So i just got a new pc, i set everything up and turned it on, connected ig to the WIFI, it worked for around five mins then stopped and now i’ve trouble shot it and the message “WIFI” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration. I’ve tried all of the ways to fix it, by going into command prompt and reseting my driver, i really dont know what to do?

Have you already tried this:

  1. Open Command Prompt (admin)

    1. Type cmd into the taskbar

    2. Right Click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator

  2. Type:

    ipconfig /release

  3. Type:

    ipconfig /renew

  4. Restart your device.

  5. If that didn't work, 

    1. Open Command Prompt (admin)

      1. Type cmd into the taskbar

      2. Right Click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator

    2. Type:
      netsh winsock reset

    3. Type:
      netsh int ip reset

Method 2

Problems solution.

The Troubleshooting section of the Control Panel includes more than a dozen network, Internet, audio and video troubleshooting and program compatibility. Problem Solutions are not designed to solve all problems, but they usually save time and avoid major concerns.

1. Press WIndows + I to open the settings window;
2. In the search window type Troubleshooting and select the Recommended Recommended Troubleshooting option;
3. Select "Start Operation" > "Internet Connections";

Test and see if the behavior is repeated, if the behavior continues and perform the next procedure.

Method 4

Resetting network settings
1. Press the “Win ​​+ I” keys together to enter the Windows “Settings” menu;
2. Then, enter the item "Network and Internet";
3. From the "Status" tab, look for the "Network reset" item and click on it;
4. On the new screen, click on “Restore Now” and restart your computer as prompted.
