Wifi connection using my iPhone 11

So, you can try the following and if it doesn't solve your problem, you can send this issue back to Apple's official support to assist you

1. Reset your network settings:

On your iPhone, go to “Settings” > “General” > “Restore” > “Restore Network Settings”. On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Restore > Restore Network Settings.

This will reset all network settings, including the Wi-Fi password, but will not delete data.

2. Check your iPhone's hotspot settings:

Make sure your iPhone's hotspot settings are correct and “Allow others to join” is enabled.

3. Update the network adapter driver:

On Windows 11, press Win + X and select “Device Manager”.

Expand “Network Adapters”, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select “Update Driver”.
