Hi MukulDas,

in fact the WI-FI Direct is there:

When I look at the Device Manager, I see two Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapters,

1) Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #3

2) Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #4

WI-FI Direct is a virtual network adapter, you can't find it in the Windows Settings panel but in Device Manager. Wi-FI Direct is automatically activated when you use an App that requires WI-FI Direct, you don't have to do anything.
What is your purpose? What are you going to do?

No, the Wi-Fi Direct doesn't get automatically activated.

I use Feem software to share files, but when I click on "Turn on Wi-Fi Direct" , it says Hotspot stopped.

Also sometimes it shows a cmd window stating that "The WLAN AutoConfig service is stopping"

I can go by turning on hotspot or wifi direct on my phone and then connecting my PC with that, but still If someday I had to share files between two laptops or desktops without using USB or any type of drive, then I will be in trouble.

By the way, when I look at the WLAN drivers, then the Hosted Network Support is stated No If it is required (I don't know)

Thanks for listening to me for so long

and please tell me what the hosted network support does, Will the disabled Hosted Network not allow me to create  Wi-Fi Direct connection? Or it has to do with something else. Can't I turn it on somehow because I think that it can allow me to create multiple Hotpots according to some tutorial videos on youtube

Also sometimes the Wi-Fi Itself has started to disappear nowadays, even from settings.

Troubleshooting makes the Wi-Fi come back stating that Device is not enabled and the cable is not properly plugged.

Enable the mobile hotspot on your computer and then try to share files via the Feem software.
Hosted Network is an old function to create a wi-fi hotspot on Windows computers. In the latest versions of Windows 10 this function is deprecated and has been replaced by the Mobile Hotspot App.

Thanks for providing a solution and telling about the use of Hosted Networks,

but my computer cannot create a hotspot without being connected to the internet.

But, I want to say that when I am connected to the Hotspot of a device (whether it is connected to the Internet or not), the Wi-Fi Direct in Feem TURNS ON,

but then it has no use because I am already connected to that device.

But I think that the reason is that my computer can't create an IP address alone without connecting to ethernet or any Wi-Fi, whether it has Internet or not (I don't know if I am right).

But the screencast (using the Connect App) works fluently just by turning on Wi-Fi on both the devices.

I don't know if the sharing of screen works in the same manner as that of sharing of files.

So, please tell me If I can make Wi-Fi Direct possible in my device.

Hello,
yes it is true, to enable the Windows 10 mobile hotspot you need to have an active internet connection, otherwise it is not possible. This is a setting decided by Microsoft.
You don't have an internet connection?
"But I think the reason is that my computer can't create an IP address by itself without connecting to Ethernet or Wi-Fi, whether it has Internet or not (I don't know if I'm right)."
You can still manually assign a static IP to your computer but it won't work the same if you don't have an internet connection.
Your device already has WI-FI Direct functionality but this is not applicable for transferring files between 2 Windows devices, to do this, you must use Bluetooth.
Screen sharing (Screencast) works differently.
