Why Windows basic display adapter causing a BSOD?

Hello all,it's my first time to post here,I have a windows 7 upgraded to windows 10,But exploring the features of windows 10 noticed that the brightness switch and dark mode is not working on my display(other says,I need to to update driver or switch to windows basic display adapter),I updated all drivers required and nothing happens. Now I try to switch to windows basic display adapter because it's said the adapter is supported, but when the "installing" appeared,it turn to blue screen of death, after restarting, the drivers still on default (Intel graphics)..but the driver latest version is since 2016,I already contacted the Intel,it says no more update available supported to my system.Any help.

(Sorry for my English ☺️)

The minidump files indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys" and "snp2uvcW10.sys".

- The file "nvlddmkm.sys" is related to the NVidia graphics card.

Please try the following solutions to fix the issue.

1. Install the latest Windows updates.

2. Update or Rollback the NVidia driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your NVidia driver >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your NVidia driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

3. Use the NVidia Geforce Experience Software to update the driver.

4. Clean uninstall the currently installed NVidia driver using DDU then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's/NVidia support website.

- The file "snp2uvcW10.sys" is a streaming driver for a USB camera by Sonix Tech.
1. I recommend that you update or reisntall the USB Camera driver.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
