Why my pc froze, then make a beeping sound whatnever i move my mouse, and it glitches what ever i play games, or tab out of a game

idk it always does it like 2/3 times a week, with other issues with like my VGA light on, while my pc running, and the VGA light is on but nothing showed. normally my pc keep freezing then beeps whatever i move my mouse and the mouse courser just glitches/teleports whatever you want to go, my pc did has a faulty motherboard but im not sure if it the motherboard being so trash or somethings up with my pc, happening for a year already.

Completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

If that does not solve the problem.

Please provide full details on any problem you previously had with your motherboard.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

like how my motherboard got faulty?

the pc just doesn't turns on, my pc also crashed like 5 times because my cpu overheated. (was like 5 months ago, which the rental putten a cooler) thats all the issues i had befor the problem.

there was also another case which the screen showed black pixels randomly, with different monitors still does the same, but it stopped like 1 week sense the new monitor.

also had a case like couple days ago, when the pc doesn't turns on. my brother unplug everything and plug it back and it booted.

the first set doesn't work tho, i did resetted my whole pc and installed the drivers back, with any older version just makes my pc laggy in games.

the rentals also gave me a copy of window 10 and a person recommended installing their windows in a driver and reset my whole pc and add window again but i think that a scam. in a website

Did you use the method above to replace the graphics drivers with a slightly older version and if so, is the problem still occurring?
