Open the Settings App, then go to the activation page, what is the exact activation error indicated there.

Where did you get your Windows licence, as that pre-installed or did you purchase a retail licence from Microsoft or form a 3rd party retailer.

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog
