Why is valorant freezing and unfreezing when i press a key or mouse button?

Hi, days ago i got a new laptop with better components (RTX 3060, Ryzen 5800h. Asus tuf A15). The problem is, when every time im clicking or pressing a key the game freezes and a few seconds unfreezes (in the menu, and the music is playing). In a hp computer that i have it has xe graphics and valorant runs completly fine.

When i join at shooting range, the game doesn't freeze when i click but it does when i press keys and then the game kicks me out to the lobby, when i hit the practice button the bots doesn't have a animation, a few of them move and others reiman still.

i tried:

Disablig hardware acceleration

Reinstalling the game

Alt + Enter

Running the game as admin.

Updating integrated and dedicated gpu drivers

Disabling fullscreen optimizations

Any solutions to that?

In games like counter strike 2 the game runs completly fine, no freezes or low fps.

Check Game Integrity and Reinstall

Uninstall Valorant completely, including all associated files. Delete any remaining Valorant folders in the C:\Riot Games and C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Local directories. Re-download and install Valorant from the official Riot Games website.

Hi, Martin. I very aprecciate your response, thank you so much. The problem persist (on windows 11), but i solved switching windows 11 to windows 10 and valorant runs perfectly. Now i have two OS.
