Why is this one specific website blocked?

Every time I try to go onto my school's website, my.sc.edu, the page is blocked. My computer is connected to the schools public wifi so it isn't blocked by them and this website didn't give me any trouble while I was at home. The error message reads: Hmmm… can't reach this page my.sc.edu took too long to respond Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall

My apologies about that. Let's try to do a network reset.

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Click on Network & Internet.

Scroll down to Status and find Network reset at the bottom.

Click Network reset, then select Reset now.

Click Yes to confirm the reset.

Your computer will restart, and you'll need to reconfigure any Wi-Fi or VPN settings afterward.

If issues still persist, please contact the school's IT department as it might be a problem with the network configuration on the public Wi-Fi.
