Why is my Windows Search Bar in the Taskbar randomly start Glowing?

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
I am also using Windows 10 pc.

You might be experiencing is the ongoing bug with search bar, as discussed in this thread below.

Other reported that enabling the News and Interest as a workaround.

Please try to enable the News and Interest in the Task bar and check.

-Right click on the Taskbar
-Look for News and Interest
-Expand it and click Show Icon and Text

Restart and check the search bar.


If issue persists, try to uninstall the update KB5003214

-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Click Windows Updates
-Click View Update History
-Click On Uninstall Updates.
-Look for KB5003214 ,right click on it and hit Uninstall.
