Why is my camera not working?

My camera does not work. This is what I see

What happens is when I restart my laptop my camera works while it is just coming on. After it boots up completely, it is not detected. I go to device manager and it is not there after some time. I tried to troubleshoot it selecting the hardware option and there's nothing that can help. One time I restarted my laptop and went straight to the device manager to see if I could see it. I did and selected update driver and it said it's up to date. I can't figure it out at all. I'm on the latest windows version.

Don't you think I would've done all this already before asking a question? That's why I'm here. I did all this. Most of these solutions involve going into the device manager but if you read you would see that it's not detected in the device manager and when I troubleshoot hardware and devices it doesn't do anything. My camera works for the first minute but once the laptop boots up completely it stops. I have feeling it has to do with some software that doesn't boot up until after a minute but I don't know what it could be. It's not any antivirus software.

What is some software that could be interfering with the camera other than antivirus software?

I recommend using SFC
Press the Start key and type the word CMD, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
•- DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
•- sfc /scannow

I recommend you to completely repair Windows, before you have to make a copy of your personal files

I really don't think something like this is needed because like I said, my camera works until all the apps start up. I'll try something else. Thanks for your time.

I fixed the problem. I just had to press F10. Why isn't this anywhere on microsoft support? It could help a lot of people.
