If you are using WiFi then any router in the area is broadcasting.  The receiver in your computer can hear all of these broadcasts if they are close enough.

The computers are set up so you can move them and connect to any WiFi that you have the ID and login password if they are secured.  If they are not secured you can access them without a password like hot spots at stores, restaurants, etc.

When you say showing up my network Where are they showing?  Is it in their list of networks?

.

When I look at available networks in Settings. Networks & Internet I see other networks around me.  Most I know who they are.

I am sure that they see my network just like I can see theirs.

Since my router is secured they can not connect to my router unless I give them the pass code which I do not.

Dude look at the pictures you can see no way some of those devices should not be on my network if you look at my router setting you only see four devices. Explain why a phone on my network thru windows 10 but it does not show up in my router information.

For further checking, we'd like to ask if the phone showing on your computer network is yours? If yes, how is it connected to your computer?

Technically, if we connect a mobile phone to the router via WiFi, it will show on the router's Attached Devices tab. However, if we connect it via USB cable, it will just show on the computer network.

Keep us posted.
