why does my pc keep crashing only on roblox.

Whenever I'm playing Roblox after a while my game will crash, When my game crashes my screen will turn black or white and other colors but most of the time it turns black, I have tried to fix this issue many times but to no avail, I have tried to delete and reinstall I have cleared the files on the game to see if it was a corrupted file but nothing ever works and It's not an old pc either because I have only had it for a little under of a year.

The best option would be to completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

sorry but I don't understand when you say go to the support page for my pc manufacturer's website because i bought it off some guy who makes pcs on the Facebook marketplace.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.
