Why do I have such low ram at startup?

Every since June 2020 I haven't had ram to use for gaming I even have ReadyBoost setup and still its not letting me game even after I upgraded to Windows 11 :(updated to Windows

First of all, ReadyBoost cannot increase RAM, it is a kind of disk cache.
How much RAM your game asks for?
Did you limit memory size in msconfig tool?

4-6gb ( Games are Age Of Empires 4 and Humankind) and not that I know of Image

Your hardware uses some part of RAM (0.6 GB) for its own needs so Windows can use 7.4 GB only and this is less than game's minimal requirements (8 GB). So please consider to add a RAM if possible.

But back in June I had 6gb playable and was playing games without problems only the newer versions of windows are causing issues and minimal is 4-6gb and 8gb is recommended and I know my gpu is a joke but I don't have $600 to replace the motherboard and I plan to spend the $200 to get 32gb(16gbx 2) ram in 2 months time. My gpu is 2gb mx 130 wish i could get the 4gb mx 250 motherboard.

Games may be upgraded and requirements become higher unfortunately.
