Why are None of The Screenshots Displaying in Windows Steps Recorder Output File

I used the windows steps recorder to capture the steps and screenshots of an issue I'm trying to submit to support for a program.  After I stop the recording, everything displays fine including the screenshots.  After I save it to a zip file, however, and then I open the zip file, all of the places where the screenshots should be displaying show broken image placeholders instead.  Why aren't the screenshots showing?

Hi JBLT83, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Are you using a different browser aside from Edge to view the output file? If so, screenshots will not display as chromium browsers don't support .mht files. In order for the screenshots to display, you have to view the file in IE mode and you can only do that using Edge with IE mode.
