Which is the best App to play DVDs

I am having trouble trying to figure out which is the best app to play DVDs on windows 10 Media player any suggestions please. Most Apps on play store do not explain exactly what they do.

I don't know that there is a "best app" for playing DVDs, but if you're looking for suggestions and you don't have the  Windows DVD Player that comes with the upgrade version of Windows 10, VLC works pretty well, plays pretty much everything, is free, and can be downloaded here.  There is a Windows-Store version as well, but that version seems to be pretty stripped-down compared to the full-function player available directly from the videolan site.
