Hello PatrickM5000,
I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.
You can uninstall all the listed bloatware except HP CoolSense and HP Support Assistant. The applications are not required and it will do no harm at all when you remove those.
HP CoolSense

HP Support Assistant

As a precautionary measure, Please try creating a System Restore point first before uninstalling those HP Applications.

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
Sincerely,
John DeV
