where to find bitlocker key?

i am using windows 10. i have encrypted me drive using bitlocker. before 2 day i changed my bitlocker password and unfortunately i forgot the password.  i have my impotant data in that drive please help me how can i get my drive back? i don't know where to find the recovery key...please help me. thanks...!!

no i dont remember which place i have selected at that time.

i have microsoft account. i checked all mails but i didn't find it in my mail box.

Here are some pictures and some links to remind you of what happened during the encryption process.

If you did save the key to your MS account then you will see it on https://onedrive.live.com/RecoveryKey.

If you did not save it there and if you did not jot down the password and if you did not maintain an external backup of your data then you will have to accept the loss of your data as a reminder to be more careful with your valuable data.
