I need the reg key to force this settings, I can make the setting available but not force it to on for users

Where is the registry key to FORCE toast notifications ON

The reg key for this is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications
ToastEnabled DWORD
0 = Turn off
1 = Turn on

Do you have a domain set up?
You may be able to implement a GPO if that is the case. See screenshot and link:

But that's my problem those are all for disabling them, Not forcing them enabled. They all say disabling them or not configuring them allows the users to choose, but the setting is off by default. I want to ensure it is on for email and skype notifications
