Hi, my name is Jose. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.

The application used to scan, has a default folder for save all documents. If that folder doesn't contains your documents and you know the name of the document, you can search for it.

Use the search box to locate CMD. Right click then and select "Run as administrator".
ON CMD console, type CD\ and hit enter. Then, type the following command:

Dir /S "your document name* " and hit enter key. IF you doesn't known the full name of your document, you can type the first word of the name followed by a *
