Where is ALL PROGRAMS on Windows 10?

Before using Windows 10, I would open Google Chrome.  Then I would go to  "All Programs" and open Google Chrome again.  I would "show windows side by side" and could do things like watch Netflix while reading my email.  Or, I could do research on Google Books while doing something else in the other Google Chrome window such as searching WorldCat for a book I found on Google Books.   It was very convenient.

Would someone please tell me how to do this in Windows 10--to have two browser windows open side by side?  I'm not talking about having several tabs on Chrome where I have to back and forth to see different windows.  I'm talking about having a split screen with two different windows so I can view them at the same time.

Answer
You can do the same in Windows 10. The Start button has "All apps". Scroll to Google Chrome. Right click and you will see "Open in new window". Then click the window button between minimize and close in the upper right corner and resize the windows as you like.
