In my case, there's no dropdown arrow that showed comments.
I noticed this "disappearance" yesterday (16 Dec 2015). Things were working fine previously.
Not even the comment counter or "join the conversation" header.
Just a blank space below whatever article that we're reading.
I've tried rebooting & reinstalling but nothing works.
Pls help

The MSN.com News article comments section has not been available since 12/16/15. They are gone without a trace
or explanation.
I have grown to enjoy participating in discussing the News articles by posting my comments and responding to the comments of others.
The ability to view and post comments to News Articles on MSN.com seems to have been removed without warning
or explanation. Again, it began on 12/16/15.
I am disabled and live alone and enjoyed posting comments and entering discussions on MSN.com News article comments and feel there should have at least been some sort of explanation why they suddenly disappeared.

The same thing happened in Australia or at least for me in Australia yesterday, 16th December 15. It started on the MSN website about lunchtime. I usually ad articles to my favourites folder to read the comments at a later date and have done so for months.
Comments attached to these were still coming up but then they also disappeared; yet I can still see the old notifications that someone had replied to a comment I made on Facebook over previous articles. The comments attached to saved articles were completely gone by morning 17th December 2015.
Maybe the site has been cyber attacked..... who knows and no one is telling at this stage.
Maybe it is a case of limiting the sharing of knowledge and opinions which would not surprise me at all with the way the world is looking at the moment on the geopolitical scene.
18/12/15
Whatever was going on it appears to have been fixed on the Australian site. Woke up this morning and the comments were up and running again.

I totally agree.
There's nothing like being part of a community where we can share our thoughts on current issues.
MSN should have at least showed some professionalism in informing the members beforehand if they're going to change anything.

I need the following information, please.
Windows Operating System
Browser (version) being used
Links to the webpages you do not see Comments on.
As you can see, I'm not experiencing the issue with MSN News Stories. The first two screen shots are of the Fugitive apprehended and the third, the Navy seal story on MSN.com today. Comments section is available. I'm using Windows 10, Edge browser.

Suddenly the Comments section on MSN.Com News articles began working normally today.
So it still remains a mystery why they were not working for 36 hours beginning 12/16/17.
again, the comments section is now working again.

My comment section disappeared recently as well. I checked into it and found other people had the same problem until they used a different browser. I found I can see the comments if I use Chrome or Internet Explorer 11 (type internet explorer into the Windows 10 search bar to find and run it). Others have indicated Mozilla works also.
The odd thing is, it seems to be random and there are reports that of the group of browsers I mentioned, some work and others don't, for different users.
I like the Edge browser, but until it "heals" I guess I'll be using a different browser if I want to view the MSN comments.
I've found it's handy to have at least two browsers. Sometimes sites work better with a particular browser.
