When I go to http://fss.live.com, it redirects to a help article

STEPS

1. Go to http://fss.live.com

 

RESULT

It redirects to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Protecting-your-kids-with-Family-Safety. If I click on the "website" link, it redirects back to the same website.

 

How do I get to the site that lets me add/manage kids' accounts, etc.?

Some users also received this issue on this thread, three of them managed to sign in to the Family Safety website after updating the Family Safety client.

As initial troubleshooting step, please update the installed FS client on your child's computer by signing in on the Admin user account on your child's computer and downloading the latest version thru this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/essentials-home.
