Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The minidumps you shared only have general errors. It is not possible to identify what caused the crashes.

Are these the only minidumps you have?
If you have more minidumps, please share them.

Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

These minidumps also only have general errors. It is not possible to gather clues as to what is causing the issue.

It's like your system is out of date or you are using an Insider version of Windows. Of course, I do not rule out the possibility of severe corruption in the system.

What is the current version and "OS Build" of your Windows 11?
- Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.
If you prefer, share a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

I using this build 22631.4037.

I've tried a clean install with Windows 10 but the result is still same. and I've tried using complete memory dump/kernel memory dump but the file size is very large.

Thanks for the clarification.

It's not too out of date. But it would be nice to update it.

You don't even need to share the full memory dump. It may contain personal information. If the minidump shows general errors, the full memory dump will too.

Don't worry. Even without any clues, I will suggest two procedures that usually solve system instability problems.

I suggest doing the following:

- Download the latest chipset driver from the link below and install it.
https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/CPU/Chipset...
(Extract the ZIP file, run the file "AMD_Chipset_Software", and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

- I noticed that the motherboard BIOS is outdated. I suggest you update it by following ASRock's instructions.

Then, see if the system will work stable.

If the BSOD occurs again after doing this, share the minidump it created. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
