Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Facebook do not make a 32bit version of their WhatsApp app, the only version they make is a 64bit version of that app, so you would not be able to install the app from the Microsoft Store.

The only way you Would be able to access WhatsApp on your PC is using a web browser on this link.
