FSX will install and run well on Win10, but it is now over 10 years old and there are other developers that enhance their products from time to time to run better on Win10 with 64 bit architecture. Some have had problems installing/re-installing their
FSXs, and although there are fixes, I would avoid buying FSX because of its age and inflated purchase price (if you can even find one).
The free sim (MS Flight) produced by MS after the demise of FSX and future developments of Flt. Sims, is still available for free download. However, it is not a Sim in the strictest sense - just a simple light aircraft you can fly around the Hawaiian islands.
Not sure whether other aircraft and scenery can still be purchased. You can download it here:

Then there is FSX-Steam Edition (as already suggested) which is a direct replacement for FSX and relatively cheap to buy. This is FSX with the service packs installed and downloadable to your media (i.e. you'll always have a copy
on hand and no activation necessary). You can get it here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/314160#scrollTop=0
Other very good products are produced by Lockheed Martin: Prepar3d (http://www.prepar3d.com/prepar3d-store/)
and X-Plane (http://www.x-plane.com/desktop/buy-it/).
All these will run on Win10.
